I went to see Norah in great pain, she diagnosed Piriformis Syndrome.
After less then one week with her expertise I am pleased to say I have made a full recovery. Lovely friendly expert service. Thank you.
I fractured my scapula in February this year and went to see Nora after having my NHS appointment cancelled and not rebooked for a further three weeks later. I am so pleased I did! Her care, support, excersises and encouragement has greatly improved my shoulder mobility and I am now confident it will continue. Thank you so much. Also to Ruth for always being so efficient and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Wetherby Physiotherapy.
I have suffered with neck pain for over 2 years , my GP tells me that it’s Rhumatoid Arthritis and there is no treatment so I should take paracetamol.
However, thanks to Nora’s expertise I am now showing signs of improvement.
I have been given an excercise regime and am looking forward to continued improvement.
Thanks also to Ruth on reception who always greets you with a smile.
Having suffered from migraine for over 20 years I am so grateful to have found someone who has given me some hope that things will get better. Nora certainly knows her stuff and straight away pin pointed the problem and has given me exercises and treatment that have improved my headaches and posture after only two sessions. A friendly welcome from Ruth is also appreciated. Looking forward to my next treatment.
When I first attended the clinic I had very restricted movement in my shoulder. My GP had administered pain killers and a shoulder injection, the pain improved but the problem still had not been addressed and my movement remained limited. After an initial consultation, Paul identified that I had a frozen shoulder and clearly explained why I had poor movement and pain in my shoulder capsule. He gave me excercises to do between treatments - within a couple of sessions my frozen shoulder started the thawing process and by the end of my
course of treatment my shoulder was back to full use again.
I have no hesitation in recommending Wetherby Physiotherapy
Couldn't recommend the practice more highly. Paul was my physio after Shoulder surgery and he got me back to full fitness in the quickest possible time. He is very knowledgeable and monitored my progress well, providing a range of exercises appropriate to my rehab. He took it at my pace (fast in this case !) and he was always very personable. Ruth on the front desk was always cheery & smiling, even though I kept changing appointments! All the staff were excellent. No need to look elsewhere.
I can thoroughly recommend the Wetherby Physiotherapy Practice.
They provide a friendly and efficient service and results speak for themselves!
After suffering for years with back & neck problems & after a disappointing series of tests at the Hospital, I had resided to that fact I was going to have to live my life in constant pain. The psychological impact of that was just as daunting as the pain itself.
I decided to visit Wetherby Physiotherapy, as my Husband had been a couple times in the past, and am I glad I did!
Nora has totally transformed my life! It's been a long process, but my health & wellbeing has improved drastically.
I cannot thank Nora & Ruth enough for all their care & support.
It's a friendly, professional practice & they always greet with a smile.
I have also started PT Sessions with Lee Murphy, which is not only aiding me on my road to recovery, but improving my fitness & helping me shed those unwanted lbs!
I went to see Norah following a knee replacement 4 weeks post op. My experience of the NHS physio had been very disappointing and I thought I needed the support of a professional practitioner. Norah was brilliant! She guided me through my recovery step by step and incorporated the "homework" exercises into my everyday living. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was done in a most friendly but professional manner. Cannot praise her highly enough!
I feel lucky to be a patient at Wetherby Physiotherapy Practice as the quality of care I have received has been excellent. I started having physiotherapy when I began to get pain in my hips. When my hip problems wouldn’t rectify with physiotherapy treatments I was referred to Mr Jon Conroy with suspected impingement and a possible labral tear.
Following two hip arthroscopies the support, guidance and effective treatments have been invaluable to me. When recovering from surgery it’s so important to have a kind, empathic and motivational physiotherapist. A rapport is essential as both physical and mental barriers arise for you to both conquer together, as a team.
I look forward to my treatments as I know I will always leave feeling better, both physically and mentally. I can’t thank Wetherby Physiotherapy Practice enough for aiding me in my recovery from both operations. I wouldn’t be where I am today without their high standard of care and extensive professional knowledge.
