Grace is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist treating patients with a wide range of conditions and injuries. She also has an avid interest in obstetrics, with extensive experience guiding ladies through pre and postnatal rehabilitation. Prior to studying physiotherapy, she completed a degree in counselling, coaching, and mentoring.
Grace has also worked in Cancer rehabilitation, treating cording, and promoting movement and function post breast surgery. She has also had the opportunity to work in the Women’s health department with pre and postnatal ladies. Aiding them with symptoms of back pain, sciatica, pelvic girdle pain, symphysis pubis disorder and diastasis rectus abdominis (DRA).
Alongside her work here at Wetherby Physiotherapy Practice Grace works within the Military of Defence. Here she treats injured service personnel, returning them to maximal operational fitness as quickly as possible.
Grace has a passion for health, fitness, and the great outdoors. She has recently gained certification in APPI Mat Work Level 1 Pilates. In her spare time, you will find her in the gym, dog walking, horse riding or spending time with family.
